Many of us grew up training like bodybuilderās since 15 years old & we loved every minute of it! Thank you 80ās and 90ās fitness!!Ā
Straight lines. Fixed machines. Up. Down. Repeat.
But your body was designed to rotate. To stabilize. To move through all 3 planes of motion. To bend, twist, reach, crawl, lunge, and create force from every angle.
Thatās why movements like kettlebell bottoms-up presses, Turkish get-ups, rotational training, Cossack squats, carries, hangs, and mobility work matter so much.
They donāt just build muscle. They build resilience.
You develop:⢠stronger joints⢠better balance⢠more mobility⢠real-world strength⢠coordination under tension⢠athleticism that actually transfers into life
Most people are tight, compressed, and disconnected from their bodies because they only train in rigid patterns.
Functional training opens your body back up.It teaches your muscles, fascia, nervous system, and core to work together the way they were designed to.
This is the difference between looking fitā¦and actually moving like a capable human being.
Your body should be able to move in 360 degrees ā not just survive one plane of motion.
Train for longevity. Train for movement. Train for life.
