Most people think Pilates is the reformer.

But there’s an entire world beyond it.

Private sessions give you the chance to slow down, get curious, and explore the equipment that doesn’t always make an appearance in a group class.

☀️The Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, and other apparatus each offer a completely different movement experience, sometimes challenging, sometimes playful, and often surprisingly insightful.

It’s not about being more advanced or “better” at Pilates. It’s about discovering new ways to move, learning more about your body, and experiencing exercises that can feel entirely different from what you’re used to.

Some of our favorite moments happen when clients try something they’ve never done before and realize they’re capable of more than they thought.

If you’ve ever wondered what all that other equipment is for in Studio B, consider this your sign to come play. ☀️

If you’ve ever taken a class with Renelynne, you know exactly what we’re talking about. Her energy is contagious, her smile lights up the room, and she has a way of making every person feel seen, welcomed, and capable.

Behind the fun and laughter is an instructor who puts incredible thought and intention into every class she teaches. From carefully crafted programming to meaningful coaching, Renelynne creates an experience that is both challenging and encouraging: Helping clients build strength, confidence, and connection with their bodies.

More than anything, she brings life to our studio. Her positivity, enthusiasm, and genuine care for our community make Pilates of Eastlake a brighter place every day. ☀️
