A HUGE thank you to all of our amazing RVJ coaches and staff who came out today and helped make our Parent Meet & Greet run so smoothly! We loved getting to see our returning families, welcome our new families, and officially start the countdown to another incredible season together.

The gym was full, the energy was high, and we are SO READY for what’s ahead! 🤩

Tomorrow is the day! 💜🌿 We can’t wait to welcome our RVJ families to the Parent Meet & Greet!

Before arriving, please make sure you:
✅ Bring your signed Financial and Handbook Agreements
✅ Finish all parent videos and complete the Google Form
✅ Verify your athlete’s jersey number on the RVJ website

Start in the lobby to drop off paperwork, head to the gym to meet your coaches, and finish at the Volunteer Table with Alethea to select how your family will help this season!

How does RVJ choose tournament levels? With purpose. 💜🌿

We evaluate every team individually and place them in the competitive environment that will challenge them, help them grow, and prepare them to reach their highest level.

Our goal is bigger than collecting the most wins. We want to develop athletes who don’t shy away from challenges—athletes who love competing, support their teammates, and choose to pursue excellence whether they plan to play in college or not.

At the national level, we want to step onto the court against the biggest clubs in the country. We may not always walk away with the win, but we will walk away as stronger competitors, better teammates, and athletes who know how to rise to a challenge.

We aren’t choosing the easiest path. We’re choosing the path that helps our athletes DEVELOP • COMPETE • EXCEL.
