Congratulations to these athletes who traveled to Fort Wayne, Indiana over the weekend to compete in the !!! Our very own Mike Bedsaul, Latrell Keys and Chris Goad and our strong friends at , Lauren, Mike, Ashley and Jon threw down all weekend long and gave amazing effort!!! They all trained so hard and diligently, dialed in on their nutrition and even on recovery efforts and all of that hard work was on full display for three days! Immensely proud of you all! Fitness is always better with friends! 💪🏽
