ALT Warrior: I love love this stretch exercise. Loose up everything right before or after your workout. I usually do 5 reps of this movement for my warm-ups to feel a good little stretch before I go at it hard for my back and core days!! Try it out and let me know what you think. ❤️💪🏻

Hip specific stretches will be YOUR best friend after sitting behind your desk or couch all day. This stretch targets your hamstring, 🍑 and hip adductors while also working your core. This move can be challenging for beginners. But I can make a modification for those who needs one.

➡️My balance has been terrible after post knees injuries. After performing this exercise for my warm-ups—it has improved my range of motion and my balance. So use this into your leg day as warm-up, I’ll guarantee that your body will benefit of a new range of motion.

Hey y’all! I have been MIA but MCALEXANDER FITNESS IS NOW OPEN!!! 😍

What does McAlexander Fitness have offered?

1️⃣ Workout plan that you can go to your own gym of your own choice. Or even at HOME!!!
I will be using a fitness app that provide easy access to videos and my workout plan for your goals. You can go on your own anytime!

2️⃣ Yes i will be offering one on one sessions.
By using the gym at Peaks in Christiansburg VA. And maybe at your own home too as well.

3️⃣ I do have shirts or cups in my own logo. If you’re interested. Please message me too as well!! It comes with any colors or any style you like!! I’m so excited to start my fitness business journey with you!!

These last couple months has been heretic! I've battled with more enemies that led me to anxiety and pstd. I've applied for second job and i didnt get it. Greatest thing out of all is i learned about myself. It motivated me to open online personal training business that I have dreamed for years.

Everyone has been messaging me about when it's going to be open. As for right now, I'm hoping to get things started by NEXT week or 2!

1. McAlexander Fitness will be mostly online. But yes, there will be some one and one sessions or group sessions with me as your trainer at New River Fitness in Radford. I'm only available during afternoons and weekends.

2. The greatest thing about having it online is that you can go to the gym on your own and your own time. I will provide you a workout plan for your goal and plus videos provided for you to make things easier. All of this will be on an app that you can download on your phone for FREE!

3. Someone asked me about training their kids for their sports performance. YES absolutely, I can do it! Come see me.

4. I will have McAlexander Fitness shirt, if interested. Shoot me a message!

5. If you are someone who want to start a new journey in your life. Weight loss, weight gain, or feel better. lets talk! :) thank you so much!
