For all the inquiries about pricing, I appreciate everyone’s patience. Although we had anticipated sharing the price list last week; prior to posting the list we had a fellow deer breeder offer us an 8-deer “all or nothing” deal that we felt we had to fully evaluate because such a purchase could have had an impact on our pricing. Unfortunately, we had to decline the offer as only a few of the deer met the qualities we were looking for and their asking price was too high to balance our competitiveness within the industry.

As of right now, I have 1 to 3 bucks I intend to offer in the 130 to 149 range. I have 1 buck available that should score within the 150 to 169 range. And I should have 2 bucks that will score most likely in the 220 to 239 range. I have 1 buck that will perhaps score over 240. And lastly, we won’t know until Monday if we will be able to acquire 2 really clean Super 8-Pointers that will be in the 160s. If we acquire these 2 deer they will be priced individually and not in accordance to our standard price list.

Please note that this year is our first year in operation and we will need 3 to 4 years to build up an inventory so that we can offer a wide selection of bucks in all size range groups. Furthermore, some of our larger bucks will not be offered to hunt until late December after the 2nd Rut so that they can help us establish next year’s fawn crop. We hate to delay any hunts; however, this is a necessary consequence of any hunting preserve in its first few years of operations. Thank you for your understanding.
