Nothing like flopping onto the couch after work out with a cup of coffee and watching the after burn on my fitness tracker. Burning calories while relaxing, it’s my favorite!

Do you wear a fitness tracker? What are you tracking, steps, workout/heart rate, food journal? What tracker do you wear? Fitness trackers can be a good way to keep it real when it comes to activity time and level, also food macro and calorie intake. They are a great motivator as well!

Do you find it difficult to find time to exercise? If so, you’re not alone. With responsibilities such as taking care of your family, helping with homework, making it to your children’s/grandchildren’s extra curricular activities while working full time.
