We are thrilled to announce that **Invictus Martial Arts Choctaw is now an approved vendor with EPIC Charter Schools!** 🥋🎉

This partnership gives us the opportunity to provide physical education through martial arts to even more students in our community!

Martial arts is about so much more than learning kicks, punches, and self-defense. Our students build confidence, discipline, coordination, focus, perseverance, and respect all while staying active and having fun.

We are incredibly excited to open our doors to EPIC students and give more kids the opportunity to experience everything martial arts has to offer.

Meet Sensei Aaron Maytubby (pictured on the left)

I started in martial arts in high school when I was probably about 14 years old. I started in Tae Kwon Do and competed in several tournaments during that time. I also dabbled in Judo and Kempo, but nothing extensive in the latter two styles. I initially started martial arts as a sport and activity for fun and ended up staying involved in it until I was in my first semester in college and decided to join the United States Marine Corps. While in the Marine Corps I continued my martial arts journey with the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP) and continued with that until I was honorably discharged in 2005. After the military, I reached my current rank of 1st Degree Black Belt. I currently do it for self-defense skills as well as physical activity and fun.

📣 EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT! 🥋🎉

We are incredibly excited to announce that Invictus Martial Arts Choctaw is now a vendor with Braintree Academy!

Through this partnership, Braintree Academy students will have the opportunity to use martial arts training at Invictus as a way to fulfill their physical education needs.

We love that this gives students another option to get moving while learning skills that go far beyond physical fitness. Martial arts helps build strength, coordination, confidence, discipline, focus, perseverance, and practical self-defense skills all while providing a fun and challenging way to stay active.

We are so thankful for the opportunity to partner with Braintree Academy and look forward to welcoming their students onto the mats!

We can’t wait to see where this partnership takes us and, most importantly, to help even more students grow stronger both physically and mentally. 💪🥋

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to celebrate our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and 1-Year Anniversary last night! 🎉🥋

We had a fantastic turnout, met some wonderful new people, and loved getting to celebrate this milestone with our students, families, friends, and community.

And what better way to finish off such a great evening than with an awesome class! 💪

We are incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported Invictus over this past year. Whether you’ve trained with us, shared our posts, told someone about us, stopped by an event, or simply cheered us on you’ve helped us get where we are today.
