🚧 Community Help Requested – Snow Cleanup Effort ❄️

Our Maintenance Department will be working to clear sidewalks, entrances, and walkways at our school sites to help make them safe for staff and students for when we are able to return to class. If any staff, parents, or community members are willing to volunteer and help with this effort, we would greatly appreciate it!

📍 Volunteer Meet-Up Locations & Coverage Areas

10:00 a.m. – Nicoma Park Elementary
Volunteers will help clear snow and ice at:
• Nicoma Park Elementary
• Nicoma Park Intermediate
• Nicoma Park Middle School

11:00 a.m. – Choctaw High School
Volunteers will help clear snow and ice at:
• Choctaw High School
• LW Westfall

1:00 p.m. – Choctaw Elementary
Volunteers will help clear snow and ice at:
• Choctaw Elementary
• Choctaw Middle School

2:00 p.m. – Griffith Meridian Elementary
Volunteers will help clear snow and ice at:
• Griffith Meridian Elementary

If you are able to help, please bring your own shovels or any snow/ice removal equipment you may have.

⚠️ Important Note: This effort does not guarantee a return to school on Tuesday. That determination will be made later with an evaluation of the driving conditions and roads. However, this work should be completed so that school can safely resume, whenever that may be.

The 2025 Choctaw High School Football Season has come to an end. We had the privilege of celebrating these athletes’ growth and success this season at our banquet. To say we are proud of them is an absolute understatement! Also thank you, Harrah Church , we appreciate your hospitality.
