Inside the TFC community we offer "individualized training in a group setting", getting you ready for your next feat or adventure while training alongside your friends getting ready for their next accomplishment. After being in the business of strength and performance training for over 25 years, we still find this is the best and most effective way to train our people. Its motivating working on ou

r own goals alongside others working on theirs! If you're looking for in person strength and performance training, online strength and performance training, and/or coaching for performance nutrition, talk with a friend who you know trains with us and find out if they are willing to give you a referral to work with us. We love what we do and who we train with and so do our people. And that, alongside our mastery of our craft is how we get the results that we do with our clients.
