What an incredible addition to our community! 🚵♀️🚵♂️
The new Redhead Mountain Bike Park pump track is officially open and ready for riders of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re just getting started on a bike or looking to sharpen your skills, this entry-level feature creates a fun, welcoming space to build confidence and enjoy the sport.
This project is a great example of what can happen when organizations come together around a shared vision. A huge thank you to the LCCMR (Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources) grant program and IRRR funding for helping make this project possible. Projects like this don’t happen without vision, investment, and strong partnerships.
We’re also grateful for the collaboration between the City of Chisholm, the Minnesota Discovery Center, the Redhead Committee, IROC, and the many individuals who worked behind the scenes to bring this amenity to life.
As Chisholm Parks & Recreation Director Collin Luke said today, “Chisholm is not just a city of dreamers—it’s a city of doers….and we do both well.” This is pump track is truly an example of how we can do both well.
