Who is Florida Fitness and fun with Deana?

I am a lady fit instructor. My goal is to make all ladies feel safe and comfortable while having fun working out. We are 100% ladies only group.

Who can join?

All ladies , this group is for those who has never worked out and have no desire to be in a gym setting. It’s for those who can even out do me😁. It’s to have fun ,main goal.

I do have a few guidelines.
No cursing please
Please be fully dressed 👀

When you attend a class and you would like something added or a idea I am open to hearing it.

You are beautiful and worth it .
