WE ARE SO PROUD OF HER!!! Congratulations to Natalie for losing 34 pounds through our kickboxing program! All her hard work has paid off and she continues to work on her weight loss goal. Her secret is CONSISTENCY, coming to classes three times a week, and eating a clean healthy diet. Thanks for proving to us that with hard work and dedication, anything is possible!
