Motivation Monday-Stay FIT for the QUALITY of YOUR LIFE!!!
👉 Being in shape isn’t just about aesthetic’s and how you look.
👉 First, it’s more about how does being in shape improve the quality of your everyday life?
👉 Do you get tired and are unmotivated to go out and do things, let alone active things?
👉 People should keep their body in shape, so you are less limited on what you can do do out there in everyday life.
👉 Travel, exercise, swim, kayak, rock climb, walking tours, carry things, bend over, move and carry boxes, play with your kids, do sports with them, and the list goes on and on.
👉 Whether you are interested in any of those things or not, we want to be able to have that option to do so, as long as we can.
👉 One of my biggest fitness motivation for myself and all my clients is;
I would imagine, they go and travel and sign up for amazing excursions, I don’t want physical limitations to be the reason for not joining a tour. I want them to be like, “yeah I can do that, no problem.”
👉 If you can walk around being in that fitness level, what other things are you still able to do in life?
👉 Our gym’s entire goal is to help our members accomplish greater physical limitation freedom.
