💥NEXT CLASS💥
✳️SATURDAY, 2/28 @ 12pm
✳️$50/person

Class Includes:
✅60 minutes of self defense training
✅Using real life scenarios, with the best defensive moves to use!
✅We will practice a few basic effective moves over and over,slowly!
✅This ensures more skills retention to use in an emergency situation
✅We will practice these moves with partners, coaches, bags,and pads
✅2 or more instructors for each class
✅Learn to use the strong “woman” muscles to defend! (legs power!)
✅How to knee someone in the face!

Of course one weekend workshop is not going to make you into a warrior, but it will set some great foundation on how to REALLY learn how to defend yourself. As well as give you more confidence in everyday life.

Looks who’s back on our One Love Trainer Team…! We’d like to reintroduce the one and only Greg .natural.36 !
Greg will be teaching on Tuesday and Wednesday 9am Class and will available to take Personal Training clients on Tues and Wed mornings as well.
For those who don’t already know
Greg, he has been a former amazing team member starting in 2017 and helped many clients at One Love for many years.

Motivation Monday-Stay FIT for the QUALITY of YOUR LIFE!!!
        👉 Being in shape isn’t just about aesthetic’s and how you look.
        👉 First, it’s more about how does being in shape improve the quality of your everyday life?
        👉 Do you get tired and are unmotivated to go out and do things, let alone active things?
        👉 People should keep their body in shape, so you are less limited on what you can do do out there in everyday life.
        👉 Travel, exercise, swim, kayak, rock climb, walking tours, carry things, bend over, move and carry boxes, play with your kids, do sports with them, and the list goes on and on.
        👉 Whether you are interested in any of those things or not, we want to be able to have that option to do so, as long as we can.
       👉 One of my biggest fitness motivation for myself and all my clients is;
I would imagine, they go and travel and sign up for amazing excursions, I don’t want physical limitations to be the reason for not joining a tour. I want them to be like, “yeah I can do that, no problem.”
      👉 If you can walk around being in that fitness level, what other things are you still able to do in life?
      👉 Our gym’s entire goal is to help our members accomplish greater physical limitation freedom.
      👉 Unleash YOUR beast!! (whatever level that may be…)
