Cogua Aquatics Cogua Aquatics offers indoor, year-around swimming lessons for all ages. Crafted to fit your needs, Child Safety! Our six level course guarantees results.

Our mission is to provide the best year round swim program in the Inland Empire. With a supportive atmosphere and child-centered approach, our swim school encourages children to have fun in the water while improving their skills. Cogua Aquatics and Fitness will first teach the basics to become a comfortable and efficient swimmer, right from the beginning! Once the child has progressed through the

first two levels, we then focus on developing the stroke techniques. The prerequisite for each level is the successful demonstration of the skills from the preceding level. Our priority is to teach our students the right way from the beginning!

Swimmer Spotlight!🔍 Cody has been swimming with us since he was just 3 years old back in 2023!
Here is how he progressed:

* Level 1🤍— April 2023
* Level 2💛— August 2023
* Level 3🧡— November 2023
* Level 4💚— July 2024
* Level 5🩵— September 2025
He’s now in our Pre-Swim Team (PST), working on mastering Level 5 and getting ready to become a Level 6 Shark!❤️🦈

In swimming, IM stands for Individual Medley.

It means one swimmer does all four strokes in a specific order:
1. Butterfly
2. Backstroke
3. Breaststroke
4. Freestyle
