It's Championship Monday for the Ruffnecks as the boys are the #2 seed in the President's Day Classic in Huntington Beach. Knockout round starts at 8am vs. #3 Las Vegas Lightning.

The Ruffnecks are in action this weekend as they battle in the Presidents Day Classic in Huntington Beach. Game times for the pool round has been set. Ruffnecks will play Saturday @ 9am vs. Team Integrity (Los Angeles), 11am vs. BPA (Laguna Niguel), and Sunday @ 9am vs. Play Hard Birdz (Pasadena), 11am vs. Force Ohio (Bedford Heights, Ohio). Monday will be the single elimination Championship round with games posted Sunday evening.

Ruffnecks win their 2nd consecutive tournament in convincing fashion at the USSSA Christmas Classic at Big League Dreams Chino Hills. The semi-final was a 5 inning 10-2 mercy over SoCal Smoke and the Championship game ended in similar fashion with a 12-0, 4 inning mercy in the rematch vs. OC Premier. Ruffnecks pitchers and defense were dominant the entire tournament allowing only 7 runs on 10 hits in the 4-game sweep, including one no hitter.

Pool play is complete at the USSSA Christmas Bash Tournament at BLD Chino Hills. Ruffnecks take the #2 seed winning both games Saturday, the first game a no-hitter 10-0 victory over SoCal Smoke and a 6-5 come from behind win over the OC Premier. Ruffnecks will play the #3 seed at 1:10pm Sunday at BLD Chino Hills @ Ebbets Field.

Congratulations to the Thanksgiving Day Qualifier Champion 13u Ruffnecks!! The bats woke up early as the took down King Kong Baseball 8-4, spanked East LA Athletics 12-0 in the semi-final, then stepped up in the Championship game this evening with their best game of the tournament, a hard fought 11-5 victory over a very tough Desert Prospects team. The win qualifies us for the Triple Crown World Series in Steamboat Springs, CO. Well done boys!!

Mixed results today for Ruffnecks baseball. Dropped the first game vs. Desert Prospects however came back and dominated LQ Baseball 10-4 in game 2. We are the 2 seed and play King Kong Baaeball at 8am tomorrow morning. Coffee anyone??
