Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified Chino Hills personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and

challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level. But unlike working one-on-one with a personal trainer, our workout programs are done in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.

Happy Sunday & Happy Father’s Day!

Coach Aidan here with your Summer Showdown update, and it was a BIG week across both studios.

First things first, the golden pointer has returned. We are back in business.

Chino Hills came out strong and took the first two weeks, but Brea showed up this week and flipped the script.

Brea takes the win for Week 3.

Amazing job to everyone who showed up, attempted the challenge, earned points, and kept the energy high in both studios.

We have ONE final week left, and this thing is not over yet.

Week 2 scores are in and Chino Hills stays in the lead! 🏆

Those 10 attendance bonus points came through, proving that every session attended can make a difference for your studio.

BUT, it’s still anyone’s game. 👀

Chino Hills, we’re proud of you for showing up and holding onto the lead. ❤️💪🏽 But don’t get too comfortable. Brea has been closing the gap and there are still plenty of points left on the table. Let’s keep showing up, supporting each other, and earning points for the Golden Dumbbell.
