As the season shifts and the evenings grow quieter, our bodies naturally crave a slower, more intentional pace.

Night Thyme is your invitation to step out of survival mode and into grounded ease, connecting with other locals in a gentle, intimate way.

What you'll receive:
~ Candle-lit restorative yoga to release physical tension
~ Grounding shamanic drum journey
~ Night-time herbal mocktails for restful sleep
~ A curated, peaceful space to unwind
~ An alternative, restorative way to enjoy nightlife

When: Tuesday, September 8th (and every 2nd Tuesday of Autumn & Winter)

It’s beginning to get a little chilly outside, but we will still try to be at the park on Wednesday & Friday, whenever possible. We LOVE practicing outdoors with you all. ❤️
