You can now register for our next Hunter Safety class that will be held, beginning May 31. It is a traditional, in person course and will be our only traditional course before deer season. Fee is $10 cash/check, paid night of first class.

At our club, students from Chilton and Stockbridge are eligible to participate in the Between the Lakes (Saturday morning) youth trap league. Forms are available in the Chilton Catholic, Middle, and High School Offices, as well as the Stockbridge School Office. You can also message the page and we can e-mail you a copy. Our next Hunter Safety program will be in late spring/early summer.

One more sleep until 🦌 hunting season

As you plan your hunt, don’t forget one simple step that makes a big difference: use the deer carcass dumpsters located throughout the state.

These designated sites help prevent the spread of disease, keep our woods and roadsides clean, and show respect for the land and the harvest.

Last year, someone dumped some carcasses on the side of the road on Farro Springs. A Good Samaritan picked them up and properly placed them in the carcass dumpster.

The dumpsters are a cooperative effort of Winnebago Eastshore Conservation Club Calumet County Sportsmen’s Alliance and Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources
