Good morning friends,

Not the typical picture you see on my account, but I'd like to try something new. Social media is filled with so much hate these days. People say some of the most awful things to complete strangers.

So instead of putting energy into the negative let's start a daily ritual of Mindful Mornings where we post something that makes our morning happy.

I'd like this to be a thread people can scroll to lift their spirits first thing in the morning. After all, starting the day off right sets the mood for the entire day.

I'll start:
Tea. I LOVE tea. When I was a little girl my grandmother always made me peppermint tea and as an adult I drink tea every morning and in the winter often at night as well. Right now I'm hooked on vanilla chai.

What's something that helps you start your day off on the right foot?

Hello friends,

Apologies for my lack of posts and engagement. Life has been life these last few weeks.

My work schedule was insane and yesterday I said goodbye to my beloved horses. 💔

I haven't shared here and I typically don't say much about my private life. I suppose just saying I had to rehome my horses doesn't make much sense to anyone.

For those that also followed my farm page, you may already know but for those that didn't, due to unfortunate circumstances back in December 2025 my family and I lost our home, our farm, and the life we built over the last 8 years. I was forced to rehome all my farm animals and we were forced to move to a different city and put our house up for sale before the bank foreclosed. We've started over from scratch. The only animals left are our dogs and cats. There is so much more to it, but you get the jist. It's been hard and a very emotional time for me.

It's hard to keep up with social media when real life is running you down. So please, keep checking in so I don't get lost in the algorithm. ♥️ I would greatly appreciate it.
