Chip is a 50 Ton Master licensed USCG Captain sicnce 1994, and has a lifetime of experience of fishing in the waters surrounding Martha's Vineyard Island. His ancestors were some of the famous whalers famed for their fearless boatsteerer's (Harpooners) in pursuit of huge Whales, named in novels such as Melvine's "Moby Dick".
