After an intense week of time trials, fast hills, & even more, longer fast hills we were due for a little fun!
Ended the week with some pickleball & pizza with our fave runners!

Congrats to our Mile Club earners!!! If you see them, congratulate them because they sure earned it!
200 miles (middle school only) is an avg of 16 miles/week all summer, 300 miles is 23 miles/week avg! Super proud & excited to watch this hard work pay off for them this season! ❤️🖤

Reminder - Middle School starts official practice tomorrow! 3:30-5p at Simpson Park! Per MSHSAA, all athletes must have 14 practices before they’re eligible to participate in their first meet. There are only 16, so being at each practice is important.
Also, remember there will be a short parent meeting at CMS Orientation Wednesday evening.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow & kicking off another great season of CMS XC!! ❤️🖤
