A Custom Build Springfield Armory M1A turned into a M21.
This rifle purpose built for a customer requesting a M21 Sniper Rifle similarly used back in during the Vietnam War up to and including the Global War on Terror.. Obviously modernized and staying within the customers budget.

The rifle was glass bedded for additional accuracy as well as the trigger lightened to a crisp 2.5 lbs.
Rifle Zeroed for the customer with Hornady Superformance Mach .308 ammunition.

Great setup. Happy Hunting Sir.

17 mach 2 is ready for some squirrels. I typically use a .22 marlin with stock irons and it will still be in the rotation….

Although I have to say I’m anxious to see how that outlier 4” suppressor does on the Savage Mach 2

The barrel was threaded to 11/16 - 24 tpi
Big Loop Lever installed
Trigger job lighted from 6lbs to 3.5lbs for a crisp trigger pull
