Friday 8-21-2026 we went to Jackson County Speedway to test out the spare motor! Our Scott Goodman built machine was pretty good! It being a smaller motor, we figured it’d still be good at Jackson but we were unsure of how it would do.

Qualified 8th overall and missed the top 6 of the dash by 1 tenth.

Won our heat race.

Started 8th and finished 7th on a track that wasn’t the easiest to pass other racecars

Thanks to all that helps! And to my girlfriend Mariah Cantrell for helping after a long day for the both of us.

Hopefully onto Atomic Speedway this Saturday!

Ended our night early and therefore the rest of the season.

Believe we burnt the rings out, burnt a piston, or something along of lines of that. Was smoking quite a bit and started losing a little power. We’ll rebuild and start strong next year!

Atomic Speedway 6-13-2026

Qualified 7th overall
Heat finished 3rd
Feature started 5th and had a problem with throttle pedal sticking causing me to loop it in turn 3. Got hit in the left front so we pulled off.

Sheet metal where throttle bolts to is loose, the throttle pedal rubbed the side of my cockpit and believe it didn’t let the pedal come all the way back up. So far just looks like a couple steering components is all that is hurt.

We’ll get her fixed up and be at a racetrack near you soon!

Jackson 6-5-2026

Qualified 4th overall
Finished a close 2nd in heat race.
Started 4th in feature, fell back to 7th and drove back to 4th. Track was on the bottom and hard to pass.

Atomic 6-6-2026

Qualified 5th overall
Heat race finished 4th to a good race with Dave Pinkerton.
Feature started 8th and passed some cars to finish 4th. Started running a little hot towards the end of the race so we settled for 4th.

We finally got to race at Atomic and it didn’t disappoint, track was really good! Hopefully back at it this weekend if the 🌧️ holds off!
