Schedule Update:

July will have one more Dance Yoga Sesh on the last Thursday of the month.

In August Dance Yoga will move to Wednesday!

**Yes—Grounded will be back in September! Fan favorite, this class is a meditative focused experience, deeply relaxing and softly inspiring.

The Living Canvas Tattoo Event will be altered a little bit and I’m working on plans for that now! Stay tuned.

Need a weekend away? Denise and I will have a retreat in September.

For our Women’s Weekend in the Woods
September 25–27

Sometimes what we need most is a weekend outside.

Time to move, rest, laugh, create, eat well, and learn from one another.

Join us for a small gathering of women in the woods. We’ll share yoga, hiking, simple meals, creative expression, and the kind of conversations that stay with you long after the weekend ends.

Whether you come with a friend or on your own, you’ll be warmly welcomed. Accommodations are in shared rooms, creating space for connection and community.

Hello, friends!

We’ll post pictures later, but here are a few of the details:  two rooms with a half bath, approximately 450 square feet. Has a large picture window in one room, and thick walls (very quiet inside)! $600/month. I won’t be raising the rent anytime soon because as of tomorrow (7/17), the building will be paid off! 🥳🎉
