Yesterday evening the district had a meeting to discuss what it would look like for the teams that are moving to club status next season. If you have any questions please send a message to the page or contact me directly. Thank you for all of the support and especially to those who showed up to the meeting to support the team.

1- Transportation will not be provided for club teams, although busing may be offered for club teams to pay for. Mr Bonner said he will talk with the incoming treasurer about what the cost will look like and if this option is available.

2- Our athletes will not pay TRAC fees to the district

3- Club pays officials for all home games

4- Club pays transportation cost/car pool

5- Coaches do need to complete the same certifications we currently do.

6- As a school club team still have OHSAA tournament eligibility/all benefits of being an OHSAA program

7- All facilities usage will be the same as current

8- Can charge whatever gate price, within reason and club keeps gate money. Can also sell season passes for parents/sponsors etc.

9- Fundraisers will still need to be submitted and approved by the athletic office

Also, as previously released in levy information the transportation activity fee will increase to $150 with a $600 family cap next year. Lady Cavs with another huge win today at the “O” vs Westerville Central! Congrats to Natalie Dudley on scoring her first goal! Congrats to Naomi Adams for trying the team record with 9 goals in one game! These ladies are working hard, learning the sport and getting results!
