Post workout foods/before bed
Sleep is valuable but why?
It's the relaxation of the body, the tissues release and allow nutrients to cycle.
The exercise pumps blood in, we did damage, now we lay down and dream about making the dunk, making the pass, making the steal.....
While we dream , the body works, I'm gonna wake up like 4 times to p*e and eliminate waste, yup.
If you don't have water on your bed stand you are wrong.
Everytime you roll over you should take a sip.
That's why you have to get up to p*e. But then it's actual good sleep in between...
You actually do wake up at 4am pumped for church.
I'm actually gonna get up and go do another workout before church π€€π
Feels good to feel good.
