Today was a real Eye-opener for me, I have never struggled through a work out like I did today. So today is the day I made a decision to start making my life a lot healthier (I know I’ve said this so many times before but after today something truly needs to be done). If I want to be around for my family I need to do this for myself. Day one starts today and this post will be continued as a days follow.

But it’s Saturday I don’t want to workout 🏋️‍♀️. I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ about you, but I feel a weekend day is easier to find time for yourself. During the week we feel so rushed, tired 😴 and we just want to chill. I try my hardest to take at least 6 days to improve myself, make myself proud of who I am and what I can do. I struggle with a lot of stress and other types of emotions, but the one think that I found works for me is sweating 😅 my ass off till I can’t move. If I have to start swearing 🤬 and scream at the tv cause I can’t do go anymore, tough I have to push till the end, cause if I don’t then I feel like I failed. Failing is not in my vocabulary. Words like S**t, F$$$$, Bitch, As***le might be, but not failure.

So today I did not One workout, but Two and man did I feel it, but I’m glad I did.

Day 2 legs /cardio. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to get them both in, but I did. I enjoy pushing myself to the limit, I may have sh*tty legs and arms, but I do what I can, then I push even harder. I do what I can, if I have to stop and rest I will, but I will get right back at it again.
