Well, we've been up to a lot at the studio...you know, working out, lifting heavy s**t, and things of the like.
But what you can't see in the pictures and the reels is the journey these women are taking inside their hearts. So much healing takes place in our four walls.
Physical strength manifests into greater self worth. Positive life choices manifest into trusting ourselves.
Encouraging community manifests into chasing bigger goals. And courage to try manifests into feeling empowered.
What we are doing here is so much deeper & transformative than you could ever imagine, until you DO.

October is a great season to GLOW! 💥

BUTi YOGA with some flare, an exciting event offering body painting and community paired with an hour long flow. Somatic movements, spiraling, shaking, and yoga posturing all the while experiencing epic high energy music, a black lit studio, & a tribe of women excited to let loose and get a little crazy, in the best possible way.

Doors open at 6PM. Come lay out your mat and get arty with your look. Paint and tattoos provided. This year, let's go with an earthy witchy vibe..bring on your braids, feathers, earth loving vibes...and let's celebrate the turning of the season. Also, of course wear anything that GLOWZZZ. All looks welcome, but make sure you can move well. 🙌🏽

New class times my friends! I'm so excited to share this and all that will be happening in my studio this upcoming year.
New evening group training classes will begin THIS MONDAY, January 5th. Mondays & Thursdays at 5PM I will be offering my Strength & Endurance class, as well as the Kettlebells Grinds & Ballistics. Visit my newly updated website for more details on the training, or feel free to message me.
New Gravity class on Thursday evenings at 6PM! You've been asking when Gravity was going to make a come back, and I'm so happy to announce it is time. Again, more details at my website in this incredible class, or DM.
My Independent Training program is up and running as well, and I love this offering for people with busy schedules who cannot make group classes but want a smart and personalized program to follow, in our studio. You meet me every six weeks for a one on one coaching session.
I'm taking one on one, personal training clients in the new year. This is a new offering, and I'm excited to dive into it. I'll be offering small group personal training as well. If you have a friend, or two, perhaps three, that want to move together this is an excellent way to get personal training in a small group environment. Customized schedules are available, so please reach out for details.
BUTi Yoga is ongoing, but felt I should share it again here. Mondays at 6PM!
And last, a new Eudemonia Wellness Program will be kicking off on February 1st. I'll be sharing more soon, and you can find all the details on my website.

E3UDEMONIA, a program for your mind, body and soul. New session launching in March!
We are two weeks into our first session and it has been so exciting and fulfilling to witness everyone making huge shifts in their wellness already!
This program is available to anyone and everyone, and you DO NOT need to live in Chico to be a part of this. Our studio is available to use during independent training hours as a perk of this program, but you can also participate from home or your own gym.
I'm here to assure you that this program has ALL of my heart and soul built into it, and I'm so hopeful it will change many lives in beautiful and profound ways.
