Grateful for everyone who joined Lisa Weber and Olivia Peters-Lazaro last night for the Restorative Yoga & Acupuncture gathering as we welcomed the energy of the Summer Solstice.

Together we slowed down, softened, and created space to rest, restore, and reconnect. The Summer Solstice reminds us to celebrate the light—both around us and within us—and it was such a gift to share that experience in community.

Thank you for bringing your presence, openness, and beautiful energy to the room. May the nourishment, stillness, and intention cultivated during our practice continue to support you throughout the season ahead.

Wishing you a summer filled with joy, connection, abundance, and plenty of moments to simply be.
