What started as a team building idea for our Empower teachers turned into something so much bigger. ❤️

We wanted to create an experience that brought our team together outside the studio, pushed us out of our comfort zones, and reminded us what it means to truly show up for one another. Then our community started joining in… and suddenly, we had an entire crew training together!

For weeks, we trained 3–6 days a week, challenged each other, encouraged each other, laughed (a LOT), and pushed through the hard days together as we prepared for our Spartan race. And then came the finish line. Crossing it all holding hands was a moment we’ll never forget. Not because we all finished the race, but because we finished it together.

This is what Empower is about. Community. Connection. Strength. Showing up for yourself and for the people beside you. We are so incredibly grateful for every teacher, client, friend, and member who jumped in and made this experience so special.

And yes… we’re already excited to do it again. 🖤

Come Join Our Trauma-Informed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training! Spring 2027 Enrollment is Open!

If you’ve been feeling called toward a yoga teacher training, choosing the right program truly matters. This isn’t just about hours or certification, it’s about alignment, support, and the space you’ll be shaped in.

1️⃣Our training is Yoga Alliance Elevated Approved and meets current YA requirements.

2️⃣We explore multiple yoga styles, sequencing, and creative expression so you can discover your own teaching voice.

3️⃣We offer flexible payment plan options and personally fund limited scholarships for our trainings. Financial accessibility matters to us because we care about who has access to this work, not only those who can afford it.

4️⃣You’ll have direct access to the owners throughout the entire process. We welcome questions, studio visits, and believe in full transparency so you feel confident and informed about exactly what you’re stepping into and feel supported every step of the way.

📣 EXCITING NEWS!!!

We’re transitioning from MindBody to Walla next week on Wednesday, August 18, and we’ve been working diligently behind the scenes to make this upgrade as smooth as possible.

Walla will be our new scheduling, booking and communication system working behind the scenes to elevate all your studio interactions.

For now, there’s nothing you need to do. Just sit tight until you receive an email from us with instructions to activate your new Walla account.

✨A few things to remember:
* Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam/junk folder, just in case!).
* The email will walk you through creating your Walla login credentials and setting a new password.
* You’ll need to know your current Mindbody password to complete the setup.
* Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to view your memberships, class passes and account details-all of which will already be waiting for you.

After those simple steps, you’ll be all set!
As always, we’ll be here to help if you have any questions during the transition.

Saturday Pilates Sculpt with Frankie will now meet from 4:30–5:30 PM instead of 4:00 PM. Starting July 4th.

This energetic, full-body workout combines Pilates-inspired movements, strength training, and core conditioning to leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered.

You asked, and we listened!

Our Saturday 5:30pm Aerial Unwind class is officially becoming Aerial Flow with Jenna Laine from 3:00pm-4:00pm. This new schedule will start July 4th.

We’ve had so many requests for a fun, playful aerial flow on the weekends, and we’re excited to finally bring it to the schedule.

Expect a dynamic practice that combines strength, mobility, balance, creativity, and a little bit of aerial magic. Whether you’re looking to fly, flow, invert, or simply try something new, this class is designed to leave you feeling empowered, energized, and inspired.
