This years theme is Past, Present and Future meaning all are welcome to train regardless of rank. We have amazing instructors and courses available and there is always more to learn so come with an open mind and bring your high spirits onto the mat. Lunch is included with paid participation. What a great turnout for today’s Freestyle tournament at Congrats to all competitors as it takes a lot of courage to participate. Wrapping up on our 2025 semester. KINE 141 and Self Defense at has been challenging and exciting. After getting to know so many unique individuals it can be hard to say goodbye… 😜 you knuckleheads have a great Winter Break and we will see you around.
