To all of our future Karate Students Cardio Kickboxing Students and Parents. We are a traditional Karate School based on the Shotokan System. Our style is Kihido Karate, The Shining Spirit Way. We also teach Judo/Juijutsu and Cardio Kickboxing (an exercise program utilizing karate techniques set to music). We are open on Mondays from 6 to 8pm for our Judo/Juijutsu Classes. Mr. Mike Bowman is our Judo/Juijutsu Instructor. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 6pm for our Youth Karate Classes (kids 3 to 18). Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6 to 7pm for our Cardio Kickboxing Classes. Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7 to 8pm for our Family Karate Classes (kids, parents & adults). And Fridays from 6 to 7pm is our Make-Up/Extra Training Class for all students. Tuition is $85.00 a month, for our Karate Classes, and $45.00 a month, for our Cardio Kickboxing. There are NO CONTRACTS for any of our classes. For our Karate Classes, both youth and family, there is an additional, one time, enrollment fee of $125.00, this is applied toward your student uniform, a white jacket & pants, your patches which are sewn onto the uniform, your first white belt (which one must earn) and your Karate Student Handbook. Cardio Kickboxing is included as a fitness bonus to your Karate Classes. We have group rates for families with two or more members enrolled.
