Starting this Monday and running until September, kids classes are $80 a month with the sign up fee waived. We will be offering Jiu-Jitsu Monday and Wednesday, and Boxing Tuesday and Thursday. Training will be 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.. 🥊🥋

With this training your child will learn how to defend themselves and become bully proof while getting in great shape at the same time. Hope to see y'all soon!...😀

Just a little tip here when it comes to self-defense which by the way is the number top priority when training this stuff. Stepping in the ring or on the mat and competing comes second.

With that said. If you find yourself in a street altercation and you have your attacker in a chokehold or joint lock and they start tapping out, never under any circumstances honor the tap. Choke them until they're unconscious or break whatever limb you were able to get a hold of. Never stop until the threat is neutralized and they are incapacitated. If you honor the tap and let go they are going to get up and continue attacking you. Unlike an MMA fight, or Jiu-Jitsu or Catch Wrestling match, there's no referee to put a halt to the action after the tap.

Just remember what I said and stay safe...😀

Tonight was extremely productive. It was strictly grappling, one hour of Wrestling followed by one hour of No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu. We worked back pressure drills, sit out drills, and duck under drills followed by bump sweeps and then several live rounds of both Wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu. 🤼‍♂️🚫🥋
