Had a great night of training. Did some Boxing and Muay Thai drills with attacking the body and foot sweeps, clinch wrestling, bump sweeps, taught the new guys how to do a key lock. Did several live rounds of Kickboxing sparring, Wrestling, and BJJ. This was a really productive night!🥊🥋🤼🏻‍♂️🔥

A couple of the guys came in today for an early afternoon training session. We put in some really good work! We drilled foot sweeps off of catching kicks, takedowns from the clinch, sweeps from full guard, ground and pound entry drills, and then finished things up with some rounds of full contact MMA sparring. 🥊🥋🤼🏻‍♂️🔥

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share the great news! Earlier today we had the hearing with the city of Saraland and the building that's going to be our permanent location has now been approved for commercial zoning. The work on the inside of the building is going to be started within the week, we should be in Saraland sometime this fall!

Had a really productive night of training. Drilled a couple of punch kick combos, foot sweeps, and did some light sparring during Muay Thai class. Then in No-Gi BJJ, we drilled standing submissions, sweeps from guard, the arm-triangle choke, and finished with some live rolling.
