🌟 MEMBER OF THE MONTH: TATIANA 🌟

This month, I’m proud to recognize Tatiana for her incredible dedication and consistency!

Tatiana has been training with us for about six months and still remembers how exhausted she felt after her very first class. Instead of letting that stop her, she kept showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process.

Her goal was simple: lose weight and become healthier. Six months later, she’s down 20 pounds, feels stronger, has more confidence, and is seeing the results reflected in how her clothes fit and how she feels every day.

When asked what she enjoys most about The PR Method Fitness, Tatiana shared:

“Phil has created a place where everyone feels welcome and supported. He has helped me believe in myself, feel stronger, and keep going even on hard days. Because of him, coming to class is something I truly enjoy and it has become an important part of my routine.”
