Bowling on the Green at Lakeside Lawn Bowling Club is a great sport that has taken place in Jackson Park for over 85 years. Play starts at 1:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays and 6:00pm on Tuesday night. There is never a charge for lessons or use of the club bowls while learning. Only flat soled shoes are required and comfortable clothing. Club membership is surprisingly inexpensive.
