My client and friend got engaged!
A special very belated congratulations to my client and my friend and fellow alum (Billy Jacobs)
Billy was kind of enough to introduce Teresa to me as a client a year back and I couldn’t get any luckier.
Teresa always brings a competitive fun intense spirit to every session. That’s probably why she’s been getting so strong. I’d also be hard pressed to find a more caring and fun loving person.
I first met Billy at Boston University Alumni function he was hosting at his pizza place and he’s always treated me like a close friend ever since. Thank you Billy!
I couldn’t be happier for this fit and active couple!

A special congratulations to my longtime client and his girlfriend Sky on their recent engagement!
To add to the celebration Jakes also DOWN 26lbs and in the best shape he’s been in for a very very long time❤️
When Jake isn’t working he enjoys traveling the world with his new fiancé. To come to think of it, he’s always traveling the world. Life is 👍
Congrats again Jake and Sky!

On a long enough time horizon, these actions will change your life. And probably change the lives of the people around you.
I’m not being crazy. I truly believe this.
Where people get confused is that they forget the power of compounding and a long time horizon. Over the course of months and years these actions become more and more powerful as time goes by.
The only thing you have to ask yourself is when will you start?

Did you have TOO MUCH fun this weekend?

Don’t worry about going too far this weekend. Or any weekend.
If you want to be successful long term then you have to think long term. But without deluding yourself.
Sometimes you’re going to drink too much. Sometimes you’re going to indulge too much.
Who cares?
Get back on track as soon as possible.
Life is not pass or fail. There are twists and turns. As long as your headed in the eight direction you’re golden.

“Muhahah. I couldn’t care less. Let’s go lift these weights!”
Anyone else?
I’m so much happier when I workout for myself and no else but myself.
Either way will get you results. But only one is a sign of your growing self esteem

Just a reminder that the most valuable things in life aren’t necessarily bought. They are earned.
Many people may have one. But rarely have all three. And if you have all three consider yourself truly rich and blessed.

Picture relationships that are surface-level, devoid of trust and deep connection. Envision a career that feels like an endless treadmill, where you’re running tirelessly but going nowhere. This life, dictated by inaction and acceptance of mediocrity, lacks adventure, learning, or true fulfillment. By confronting such an image, one gains clarity on what paths to sidestep, ensuring that life’s journey leads to a destination that resonates with one’s true desires and values. In recognizing what we don’t want, we gain a sharper focus on what we truly seek.

“‘My friend has stopped eating fruit because she’s trying to lose weight. Is fruit bad now?”
The amount of nonsense on social media is astounding. I’ve seen everything from oatmeal to vegetables being demonized.
Let’s use common sense here. Fruit and vegetables are good for you. Does this mean you can sit down and swallow 20 mangoes a day? Probably not. But if you can send me an email I guess?
Use common sense.
