Last April we made a post about a flask broom. Not too long ago, our new friends at 🇨🇦 Curling Tools reached out to send us a preview of something new they made. I gotta say, they did a pretty great job recreating our post, it even has the rainbow wrap. I won’t lie, I wish the flask was larger than 2 oz, and I spilled some Malört trying to fill it, but you’ll definitely see us with this at spiels from now on. It seems pretty perfect for immediate penalty shots. The head clicks on and off so it’s incredibly easy to replace, it’s within 100 grams of my Goldline carbon fiber’s weight, and it looks great. So thanks Curling Tools for helping us keep the Malört flowing, you have 4 new fans. You can’t get these brooms yet, but keep your eyes out in the future. Now we just need 3 more 😎

Myles Pizza Pub was a big part of college for so many people in Bowling Green. Having them as a team sponsor was a big deal and today proved why it matters. Having the food again and dropping off team pins and stickers in person….seeing bits and pieces of the old Myles in a new place, talking to Chip and Meredith, was awesome. One thing about life, you can only ever move forward. But sometimes you’re reminded that home is where the Myles’ is and sometimes that’s what drives it all. A metric ton of cheese…. Wait no, I mean heart. It’s was keeps us going as a team, it’s what keeps Chip and his family making pizza, it’s something Bowling Green (and Greenville) does so well. It’s like the song says
“All you really need is heart
When the odds are sayin’ you’ll never win
That’s when the grin should start”
