My 5,000th personal training session was spent training David Yanowski, an incredibly strong 63 yr old who kayaks thousands of miles in the wilderness on his own just because he can. BAM! When I started my personal training career in 2012 I never knew I would meet so many inspiring, awesome people from all walks of life. 5,000 sessions down, tens of thousands to go!! Vive!! Vive la vida buena!!
