Small groups, coach-led sessions, and 2-hour active celebrations. Kids offers unique programs for kids. Since 2001, we have been in Chicago's West Loop. We offer classes for kids in Superhero Training, Youth Boxing, martial arts, fitness and day camps. We are also known for our intimate birthday parties. Our most popular theme is our signature program Superhero Training and now Ninja Training.

🥊 Youth Boxing—Starting at Age 6 🥊

Our youth boxing classes welcome kids of all ages, starting as young as 6 years old. We focus on fundamentals, coordination, confidence, and having fun—while teaching respect, focus, and discipline along the way.

These cuties train:
📅 Wednesdays at 4:15 PM
📅 Saturdays at 8:15 AM

Every class is coached, structured, and age-appropriate. No experience needed—just curiosity, energy, and a willingness to try. Watching confidence grow is our favorite part. 💥

Junior high speed looks good on them. ⚡️👟
Our 6th–8th graders are dialing in acceleration, clean deceleration, and confident change of direction—posture tall, shin angles set, arms driving. We turn mechanics into momentum so they play faster, safer, and with way more confidence.
