My faith in God is at an all time high. As I’ve grown wiser I’ve learned and accepted I can’t do it alone and there is a higher power. The talks we have are honest conversations with a lot of questions. You’ve shown me answers in ways I didn’t even think were possible.

On the first day starting a new chapter. I want to say thank you God for all that you do for me even when I question you I soon find the answer and appreciate the path you have given me. Thank you for my purpose on earth I will continues to pursue it daily and never take it for granted.

Summer has officially ended❗️

Here’s a few of the guys who I put together programs for of course I can’t show you everything.

I’m really a student of my craft and a professional. All these guys are good friends. But at the end of the day it’s my job to produce when I’m needed.

Each player gets a specific program/plan catered to the ultimate goal what we are trying to accomplish. I don’t just walk into a work with know idea of what’s going on. The homework 📚 is already done and the plans are created. They usually get a detailed packet of what’s to come.

I enjoy impacting and empowering the younger generations more than anything. A big part of me having a wealth of knowledge on different topics from exercise to nutrition to injury prevention allows me to go around the country and help high school and college kids put together an overall healthy lifestyle that will change their lives and family members.

plays a big role with helping me reach hundreds of students yearly. So I was excited to talk about something other than sports in this article. Illnesses and diseases are not going anywhere and the percentages are increasing yearly. In my mind “food is medicine” and “you are what you eat” it plays a vital role in the success of our younger generations. If I can make a difference or change 1 persons perspective every time I speak I’m happy with that. That one ☝️ person is one more life I’ve had an impact on.

Funny story is 6 years ago I helped create a program called “X-IT” many are familiar with it. I won’t say the company name but when I left they took my idea 💡 and ran with it. Still wasn’t my vision but they had enough to get by. Now being recognized as one of the top in Chicago is a moment.

I definitely can’t take credit for this as of late. We have an amazing team over
