Help us welcome Kirsten Lefeldt!
Kirsten is a competitive Stand-up Paddleboarding Athlete with many podium finishes incl. several international races. Born and raised in Germany she found her passion for fitness 15 years ago and has since worked with clients of all fitness levels. She is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Kirsten believes that in order to stick to a fitness routine you have to find what lights you up and she always has recommendations for outdoor adventures or unique training styles like obstacle course training, all while keeping injury prevention, posture alignment, and science based training at the forefront.
Kirsten will be hosting a 6 week workshop this spring in Morning Bird Studio entitled Strong for Summer. We’ll meet every Sunday at 10am starting March 8th until April 12th.
Strong for Summer is a six-week periodized training series. Coach Kirsten will work with individuals of all fitness levels to get you strong and feeling your best right before the warmer season. The workout will consist of a 5-phase dynamic warm-up, followed by a circuit training workout. In addition to the weekly studio sessions, clients will have access to the workout through the Muscle & Motion app to perform additional sessions on their own and internalize the exercises through animated videos.
This class is for those who want to get strong and learn more about strength training in a supportive group setting to crush their individual goals. Let’s go!
