I would never send our youngest kids away to School to be indoctrinated by the Mental case Liberal loons. The more educated they get away from home the more out of touch with reality they have gotten. Ivy League Jagoff Professors will turn your kids into people you don't like . Obviously it's not just the Ivy League. So glad (we're) my wife and I will not have Indoctrinated children. Here we are in 2024 with American kids supporting Terrorists. Thanks to alleged Higher Education from the Mental Case Leftists . I'm awaiting a response from DePaul University. I can't wait to post what I wrote and the response I received if any . They definitely now know where I stand.

Squats went good tonite...just getting back into this after surgeries and other probs

i hit 435 for an easy double both reps past parallel
then hit some heavy hacks for triples
I expect to be at 495 for a double in 5 weeks or so
Love muscle memory

My 12 yr old son hit 135 for 5 reps on dead lifts
then he got brave and asked me whats that machine do
i told him it was a torture machine
It was my GHR machine
he got set and actually did 3reps i was impressed
