Your cycle is not just about having a baby. It is one of the most powerful indicators of your overall health.

Fertility is considered a vital sign — and that means whether you want children, are not sure yet, or know motherhood is not your path, your hormonal health still matters deeply.

Here is what your cycle can tell you:
🩸 Whether your body is under too much stress
🩸 How well you are actually fueling yourself
🩸 If your thyroid and metabolic health are functioning optimally
🩸 Whether your exercise intensity is working for you or against you
🩸 The state of your overall inflammation levels

A missing, irregular, or painful cycle is not something to push through or normalize. It is your body communicating that something needs attention.

Every month we kick group coaching off by having our girls share their goals with the group — an introduction, an ice breaker, and a reminder that you are never doing this alone. Hundreds of women, all in one place, all rooting for each other from day one.

A new month… on a new Monday… and summer is officially here!?!?! The perfect storm! There’s something about June that just feels like a fresh start — longer days, warmer weather, and a little extra motivation to show up for yourself.

As a team we asked ourselves what do we actually want this month to feel like and what can we do to make that happen?

Sophia is reading 2 books, switching to coffee after breakfast, and putting her phone down more this month. Gina is soaking up more time outside, upping her daily steps, and dialing in her protein intake. Lexi is pushing her weights up on lifts, staying more intentional with content, and keeping cardio a priority all summer long.

No pressure. No perfection. Just three women figuring it out alongside you.

PCOS officially has a new name… and it changes everything. 🌸

After 14 years and input from thousands of people worldwide — doctors, researchers, and patients — PCOS has been renamed PMOS: Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome. The name finally reflects what so many of us have always known: this is so much more than a cyst on an o***y.

The new name gives a more accurate and inclusive description of a condition that affects women far beyond the ovaries, including hormones, metabolism, skin, mental health, and fertility.

Our own Coach Lexi has lived this. She healed her PMOS naturally, lost 50 pounds, and has been maintaining it through blood sugar-friendly eating, hormone-supportive habits, and the same approach she now teaches her clients every month. Goals We’re Bringing Into May 🌱

A new month is a new invitation to reset, refocus, and show up a little differently. As a team we asked ourselves — what do we actually want this month to feel like and what can we do to make that happen?

Sophia plans to log less screen time, spend more time outside, and finally start one new hobby. Gina also wants to log less screen time, shift focus on bettering her time management, and making sleep priority a non-negotiable. Lexi also is going to be prioritizing less screen time, creating a real wind-down routine at night, and pushing herself with cardio this month.

No pressure. No perfection. Just three women figuring it out alongside you.
