My man Brandon with flawless form on dumbbell rows 💪 I sometimes like to do these up against the dumbbell rack as shown. Allows you to use a heavier weight and a little leg drive if needed (obviously always keeping proper form).

These are so simple to make. There really isn't a certain amount of ingredient you use, you can just mix it up as you please.
I believe I used:
-1.5 Cup Oats
-.5 Cup protein
-2 heaping TBSP peanut butter
-.5 cup dark chocolate chips
-little water to make it mix
-drizzled sugar free maple syrup it stick well
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes before forming into balls. Then keep refrigerated or in freezer.
🔥 absolutely delicious! And a 100% healthy snack!
