It honestly feels like he’s been part of Rock Solid for much longer. He has a way of making everyone feel welcome from day one—greeting you with a smile, turning up the playlist, and bringing the kind of evening energy that makes every class better.

His positive attitude, coaching style, and genuine personality have become such an important part of our community. We truly couldn’t imagine our team without him.

The Sumo High Pull is a powerhouse movement that trains your lower body, upper back, shoulders, and core—all in one exercise.
