Our mission is to serve and grow Chicago's vibrant climbing community by building conveniently located climbing gyms with world-class climbing terrain, high quality climbing, yoga, and fitness classes, and fun events that bring the community

together. First Ascent Block 37 brings 9,000 square feet of bouldering-only terrain to the Loop, along with a full schedule of yoga and fitness classes, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, and flexible workspace so you can work from your new home. First Ascent West Loop will open for members-only access starting THIS Friday 2/20 🤩 Members only hours from 2/20-2/27 will be:

M-F 4:00-9:00 pm
Sa/Su 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

We'll be open officially to the public on 2/28 at 10:00a, more details coming soon about our Grand Opening Celebration! 🎉
