Tomorrow!

October's full moon - the Hunter's Moon - illuminates the night sky during a time where nights are getting longer and colder. It invites us to get really focused in order to prepare for the fall and winter ahead. The final harvest: what have you been cultivating this year? What's working, what's not? Is there anything that's ready to be cut away? This full moon will peak in the sign of Ta**us, adding an extra air of practicality.

During this month's circle, Lauren will lead the group through a collective cord-cutting ceremony. This ritual is an opportunity to cut energetic ties with anything or anyone who is creating an energetic drain in your life. We will follow our ceremony with restorative yoga. Drop into the newfound spaciousness within your body and energetic field.

Next October: Yoga Retreat in SCOTLAND ✨🍂

Join us for a soul-deep journey into the wild beauty and ancient landscapes of Scotland at Rachel’s Farm Retreats, tucked into the countryside of Stirlingshire. Surrounded by rolling farmland and open skies, our home for five nights is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and experience Scotland as autumn settles over the landscape.

Our days will unfold with yoga, beautiful shared meals, thoughtfully curated experiences, and plenty of space to wander, read, soak in the onsite hot tubs, visit the farm’s animal sanctuary, or simply settle in by the fire.

We’ll spend a day exploring Edinburgh and descend beneath the Royal Mile into the city’s history at The Real Mary King’s Close. Back at the farm, we’ll gather around the fire for an evening of Scottish folklore and Celtic storytelling.

Think crisp autumn mornings, countryside walks, nourishing meals around a shared table, hot tubs under the Scottish sky, candlelit evenings, old stories, and five nights tucked away together.
