Our services include group virtual gym membership, wellness workshops, virtual weight loss and fitness challenges and fitness classes. We offer both individual and group coaching options. Coach V has over 12 years of experience in virtual coaching and instructing. She is a licensed clinical social worker and is best known for her step aerobics class and boxing conditioning class.
