These were the last two leg exercises I did. Prior I did 15 min very slow walk 1.6mph, some squats, lunges, side leg raises, side steps. I was moving mad slow cause I was mad tired and tried not to over do it. I know I listed a lot, everything I did was legit rehab exercises. I did either 2 rounds of 10 or only one set of 10. Very proud of myself. Afterwards I SAT down. Lol lol
The only way to get better is to get through. As I recently heard Kevin Hart say, "take care of yourself while you have a choice vs. Having to take care of yourself because you have NO choice.
And yes sometimes life just happens like me, but if it wasn't for me pressing through before, there is no way I'll be able to do anything I listed above. God is always there in the midst of it all.
